Payment Terms

25% of the charter cost is payable in advance at the time of booking of the charter flight. Remaining 75% is payable 72 hours prior to the confirmed flight.

Payment to be made by bank wire transfer in the name of “First Airways Incorporated” payable to PNC Bank, USA.

Cancelation Policy

1. Prior to 72 hours before the flight departure time:25% of flight charges
2. Less than 48 hours before the flight departure time: 50% of flight charges
3. Within 24 hours before the flight departure time: 75% of flight charges

Terms and Conditions

1. Aircraft can be made available for charter from any place. Ferry flight charges will be applicable for flights originating from or terminating at places other than the Base Station.
2. TAAL will provide the pilot and the aircraft in airworthy condition conforming to the regulations and standards laid down by the DGCA, Govt. of India.
3. Flight clearances, Airport entry/boarding passes for the passengers will be arranged by TAAL.
4. The flight requirement(s) giving flight timings, destinations, passenger list etc. should be intimated to us by fax well in advance.
5. On receipt of all details about the flight required and advance payment, TAAL will make necessary arrangements and then send a flight confirmation.
6. Any additional charges if levied by the Airport Authorities, Customs or other regulatory Authorities, which are not existent as of now shall be billed separately.
7. Any increase in rates for various inputs in the aviation industry, the charter rates may be revised and the revised rates shall be applicable at the time of scheduled operation of the flight.
8. We shall not be held liable for any delay/inconvenience caused on account of diversion due to bad weather/VIP movements, unserviceability of runway, bird hit, act of God or any other circumstances beyond our control.
